Ripley just wanted to pop onto the blog and say Hi.

He was a bit jealous that Riley was highlighted again this week. (He forgets he had his own spread last week).

Already into the 2nd full week of July and we haven’t had a Riley sighting yet. You know I can’t let that happen for long, so here we go

These were both accidental profile shots, just messing around while out in the yard and I was surprised at how much I like them. Especially the first one.. It is becoming a favorite very quickly.

How about this side, does my tongue look better from this angle?

We have indoor cats. They are only allowed to be outside occasionally and only when we are out there with them. I wouldn’t mind them being out more or out by themselves but they forget they need to come back and I am not chasing a cat around the neighborhood. I’ve done that enough with the dogs who I reside with.

Ripley decided that he really didn’t care about those rules and tried to make “the great escape” out the backdoor. He was very proud of himself until he jumped up on the fence to watch a bird and didn’t hear me walk up behind him.  I quickly grabbed him and put him back inside. He really did some “cat yelling” at me for about 15 minutes LOL.
